- Please email your order to orders@girc.ca anytime up until the last Monday.
- Please send your e-transfer payment to orders@girc.ca prior to the last Thursday of every month, deliveries will be the last Friday of every month.
- If you have specific instructions ex. leave product on porch, will not be home etc. please include the specific instructions in the email with the order.
- An online order statement, including the invoice # will be sent to each customer's email address used for the initial order, the statement will be sent within 24 hrs after delivery.
- Any orders for which payment has not been received prior the delivery date, cannot be delivered.
- Please be aware that Gulf Islands Roasting Co. is not responsible for any damaged or lost/stolen goods post delivery.
